Hi, I’m Carlene, a counsellor based in the north Essex countryside
Counselling wasn’t my first roll of the dice when it came to a career path, in fact, I have had a few! Throughout each twist and turn in my journey I received a consistent message; my ability to build meaningful relationships. Connecting with people has been the one constant and joy I have felt in both my professional and personal life, so when I came to seek support of my own, my eyes were opened to where I could feel most effective and fulfilled. It is a true honour to sit with someone in their experiences and feel the turbulence of life together. Within this sometimes painful and murky place, I hope we can meet and begin to make sense of where you’re at.
