I work with adults at all stages of life with talking therapy using a person-centred approach. My aim is to provide a space where you feel comfortable to share what you are experiencing without judgement; no matter your background. You get to set the pace and together we explore what feels most urgent to you. My aim is for you to feel understood and gain a sense of autonomy to live a life that fells purposeful to you
