Counselling wasn’t my first roll of the dice when it came to a career path, in fact, I have had a few! Through each twist and turn I received a consistent message; my ability to build meaningful relationships.

Connecting with people has been the one constant and joy I have felt in both my professional and personal life, so when I came to seek support of my own, my eyes were opened to where I could feel most effective and fulfilled.

It is an honour to sit with someone in their experiences and feel the turbulence of life together. Within this sometimes painful and murky place, I hope we can meet and begin to make sense of where you’re at.
