The Listening Loft is a place you can come where you feel welcomed and heard. Starting therapy can feel daunting and uncomfortable, so having a sense of where you'll be coming and what to expect when you get here is all the more important.
Directions
The Listening Loft is located on the First Floor of Unit 5, Park Lane Business Centre.
If approaching northbound on the A12, take the exit signposted 'Langham/Ardleigh' just after the Shell Garage and continue straight along Park Lane for 2 minutes until you reach the Business Centre on your left-hand-side.
If approaching southbound on the A12, take the exit signposted 'Ardleigh/Langham' just before the Shell garage. Turn left at the mini-roundabout, and left again onto Birchwood Road following signs to Langham. Once in Langham, turn left onto Wick Road, then right onto Park Lane for 2 minutes until you reach the Business Centre on your left-hand-side.
